These are statuses you send out to share directly with contacts of your choice.
You may want to create multiple statuses. E.g., your work colleagues may need less details than close family.
When you make changes to a status a status update email will automatically be generated and ready to send with the click of a button.
From the notification hub, you will see the option to send out the new status notification.
If you made a minor change and do not want to trigger a status change notification, select "close" instead of "send"

Create multiple statuses if you want to share varying amounts of info with different people (for example, work colleagues vs family).
Triggering notifications
The application detects when your status changes and automatically creates notification emails to be sent out. If it's a minor change and you don't want to send out a notification, just select the "x" on the send button to close it and discard the status change email.
